Nation Grinding Capabilities
INTERNAL GRINDING: (ID)Precision tolerances held to .00005,(50 millionths) 1/8" diameter to 55" diameter x 72" depth capacity. New or worn parts. We offer metal spray and chrome plating repair as well as machining and re-sleeveing capabilities. We also offer internal contour form grinding for molds, dies, spindles etc.
BLANCHARD GRINDING:
72" Cross corner swing capability. We hold .001 tolerance, flat and parallel.
SURFACE GRINDING:
Small to Large size capacity. 30" width x 105" length x 26"height .0002 tolerance held. Magnetic and non-magnetic materials ground
EXTERNAL GRINDING: (OD)
Run out and size tolerances held to 50 millionths !/8"diameter to 56"diameter x 156" length capacity. Metal Spray, stainless steel, chrome, bronze, ceramic and carbide. Re-finish and repair as well as nickel and chrome plate repair.
VERTICAL GRINDING:
Springfield Vertical Grinder, 55" swing x 58" height,.0002 tolerance on diameters, .0001 tolerance on run out.
