Our process is as follows:
ANALYSIS: Our process starts with an in-depth inspection of your spindle. All repairs are identified. A plan is formed to what grinding will he needed to repair your spindle, what coating or coatings for repair and what tolerance and size is specified. What expenses will be incurred and what time it will take for completion.

REPAIR: Once the spindle is observed, inspected and a plan formulated. The spindle will be pre-ground to make ready for coating. The spindle will he either be spray welded or chromed and then finish ground.

INSPECTION: To check tolerances and sizes we use gage blocks, bore gages, taper gages and micrometers. An inspection sheet is completed if it is required by the customer.
